This is what Indian army forces do to Kashmiri women's in front of her father. #IndianBrutality".
As per Xahid's profile, he is from Afghanistan and works at the sociology department in the University of Kashmir.
The same video was tweeted by a Twitter handle Asian News Hub with a similar caption "Viral video #kashmir Ya Allah Save us from Kuffars. This is what Indian army forces do to Kashmiri women's in front of her father. #Kashmiratrocities #IndianBrutality"

We used the Invid browser extension to extract the keyframes and did google reverse image search and found the same video on aljazeera.net with a headline "In Syria, women are beating and the conscience is shaken". (We used Google Translate as the website is in Urdu.). According to the article, activists circulated the video to reveal atrocities of the Syrian army on the country’s women. The man using a whip was described as a member of the Syrian government’s National Defense Forces (NDF).
The same video was also shared by another website doamuslims.org. The video was embedded through Youtube but has been deleted. However, the post still has one still from the video.
The viral video is an old one from Syria and has been wrongly shared to portray the Indian army’s atrocities on Kashmiri people.
